OWNER REVIEW DRAFT · NOT FINALIZED

A clear scope
before work begins.

The confirmed Essential offer is summarized below. These draft terms are not a checkout or a binding project acceptance; unresolved commercial and legal details still need owner review.

The Essential offer

$99 introductory price. Planned standard price: $450. The planned price is not a crossed-out former price or a promise of savings. The current planning package metadata uses USD; tax treatment and any required invoice details must be confirmed before accepting payment.

Essential includes up to five pages tailored to your business; copy drafted from your facts and relevant research for your approval; customized colors and approved assets; a simple callback form; mobile checks; and domain/hosting connection using accounts you own.

Your inputs and approval

You provide accurate business facts, service details, approved images/branding and the access needed for the agreed work. We help shape the copy; you do not need finished wording to start. You review and approve factual statements, offers and content before launch.

Only use content and assets you have permission to use. Ownership or licensing of deliverables and any third-party materials must be stated in the agreed project scope; this draft does not promise unrestricted rights to third-party assets.

One consolidated revision round

Essential includes one consolidated revision round. Collect feedback into one clear set so changes can be reviewed together. Additional pages, further revision rounds or changes outside the accepted scope require a separate agreement.

Timing

The target is 5–10 business days after complete information and required access are received and the scope is accepted. This is not a guaranteed deadline. Missing inputs, approvals, provider issues or additional scope can affect timing.

Payment and separate costs

Payment is due after you approve the completed preview and before launch and handover. The agreed scope and applicable terms will be made available before payment. There is no live checkout or payment collection on this site. A planning brief or email does not itself place an order, reserve capacity or authorize a charge.

Domain registration, hosting and other provider fees are separate. Booking and payment integrations are optional, separately scoped additions requiring client-owned provider accounts and testing.

Cancellation and use of the work

If you change your mind after approving the completed preview and paying, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund where permitted by applicable law. You will still receive the paid-for website deliverables within the agreed scope. Cancellation does not remove our obligation to deliver the work you paid for.

Before payment, Sitecco-created work is provided for review only; it is not released for your use or handover. Content, branding and other materials you supplied remain yours, subject to any existing third-party rights. Rights to paid deliverables and third-party materials will be recorded in the agreed scope.

This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or resolve a failure to deliver the agreed work by calling it a change of mind. Any such issue will be handled according to the agreement and applicable law.

Reporting errors after launch

Report errors in the delivered website within five calendar days after launch by emailing siteccodev@gmail.com. Include the affected page and what is not working as agreed. We will review and correct errors in our delivered work that fall within the agreed scope.

This reporting window covers errors, not a redesign, new features, new content requests or ongoing maintenance. It is not a promise that every correction will be completed within five days. Later assistance is discretionary or separately agreed, except where the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

The reporting window does not end or limit legal responsibilities or rights that cannot be waived.

Launch and handover

Before launch, review content, navigation, phone layouts, key forms and agreed connections. Confirm account ownership, access, documentation and who will handle ongoing updates. Maintenance and future changes are agreed separately; continuous support is not implied.

Items still to agree

Not finalized: the contracting person or business and applicable jurisdiction; tax/invoicing requirements; the manual payment method; and deliverable ownership/licensing details.

Sitecco is the brand used for this service. This page does not claim that Sitecco is an LLC or other registered entity. Entity formation is deferred; the correct contracting identity and any required details must still be provided before accepting work or payment. Do not treat this review draft as final terms until those details and the remaining items are confirmed.
