How information
is handled.
This draft describes the current implementation. Responsible-business details and request handling must be confirmed before it becomes a final privacy notice. Current file retention is described below without promising automatic deletion.
Contact and responsibility
Sitecco can be contacted at siteccodev@gmail.com. Sitecco is the service brand, not a claim of LLC or registered-entity status. The responsible person or business, applicable location and any legally required contact details still need to be confirmed.
Exploring and planning
The example websites are design demonstrations. Their callback, booking and payment simulations do not create real messages, appointments or purchases.
Unsent planning answers and optional logo/photo previews stay in the page’s memory. Refreshing or leaving can clear them. After confirmed submission, Save as PDF creates a file on your device. Printing creates a paper or digital copy through your device’s print controls. Neither sends a new submission. Local image previews are not uploaded and are not included in the PDF. Keep downloaded files private and share them only with people you choose.
Browser preferences and navigation
The Sitecco motion preference uses browser local storage until you reset it or clear that storage. Gallery search/filter restoration and example-visit/offer-reminder state use session storage for the tab session. Design choices and return context can also appear in page URLs. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into the gallery search box.
These navigation features do not save your planning answers to local storage. Blocking browser storage may disable preference or return-state persistence; the main pages remain usable.
If you choose to send a plan
Public planning submissions are open. The final review asks for your permission before you submit. Print and PDF copies become available after confirmed submission. A validated submission can contain your business and services, area, goals, design preferences, proposed content/features, existing website/social links, materials and timing, notes about the project, and your contact name and email and/or phone.
The application sends an explicitly confirmed brief to Sitecco’s same-site server and hosted database (Cloudflare Workers and D1 through Sites hosting). It also stores a reference, timestamps, progress status, owner notes and technical duplicate-prevention identifiers. Image files, card details and passwords are not part of the supported submission.
The application checks the configured owner’s signed-in identity before allowing dashboard record access, updates or JSON export. A reference number is not a public access link. A successful submission does not create a booking, payment or confirmation email.
Email and supporting services
If you email Sitecco, your email address, message and any attachments are processed by your email provider and the Gmail service used for this contact address. Email is separate from the planning-form database.
Hosting, database and hosted ChatGPT sign-in services support the application. They may process technical or security records under their own service arrangements. Sitecco’s application code does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics; this is not a promise that hosting or authentication providers keep no logs or use no cookies. Provider processing locations and terms require owner review.
Retention and requests
Project files are being kept for now; no fixed automatic-deletion schedule has been adopted. Personal information in briefs, correspondence, owner notes and exports is distinct from reusable website source and design assets. Keeping source files does not make private client information public or authorize using it for unrelated purposes. There is no dashboard delete action. Do not assume stored records disappear when a tab closes or a project status changes.
Questions about information you have shared can be emailed to siteccodev@gmail.com. A verified access, correction and deletion-request process still needs to be finalized. Requests must be checked and handled in line with applicable obligations; keeping files for now is not a promise to keep personal information forever or a refusal to consider a valid request. This draft does not invent a particular response or deletion deadline.
Data we do not ask for
Do not provide payment-card details, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, medical information or private customer records. The planner is for website project information, not sensitive records.
